SMES School Calendar

Home of the Mustangs!

In an effort to be as safe as possible AUSD has determined that schools will stay closed until Health Officials determine that it is safe to return.  When the all clear is given we will re-open immediately.    Steps are continuing to be taken to give the entire site a deep clean and it will ready when we are given the all clear to resume school.

During this difficult time Food Services will be providing a sack lunch and breakfast to our students March 24th-31st at Santa Rosa and San Benito Schools.

Kindergarten enrollment now open.  Please go in and enroll your child online to hold a spot for them.  Packets may be held on to until the school office is open..   Call our office, 805 438-5633, for questions or help.

Do you need spirit wear?

PTA will be selling Spirit Wear the 1st Friday of Every Month in front of the school, 1:30-2:00.

We Tip 1 800-78-CRIME
To ensure a safe and orderly campus throughout the school year, we need your cooperation in supporting our school and celebrating the great things we are doing at Santa Margarita Elementary. In the past few months we have had an increase in the amount of vandalism and graffiti on our campus. The defacing and destroying of property can be costly to our school and district and may cause people to think our school is not well-cared for. Because our community and families do care about our school and what happens here, we are asking that you if you see or know of any vandalism occurring on our campus, that you please call the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office at 781-4550 or We-Tip at 1800-78-CRIME. We appreciate your help and support in keeping our campus safe.
